We will set you up in an MLS search that will send you listings in the areas you are interested in so you can begin to see what’s available. 2. Call/meet with Nick Fuller of Stonegate Mortgage to assess your financial situation. *Bringing/sending pay stubs will make for a more accurate analysis. (Nick: 508-717-1294 NMLS #1482741) ->He will run your credit, look at your pay stubs and current outgoing bills to tell if you already qualify for a mortgage. If not we will help you plan to pay down certain bills, improve your credit and figure out what you need to save, etc. so that you can get pre-approved.
3. Check-ins: We will schedule once a month calls, texts or emails to check on your progress to your pre-approval goals. (We can do twice a month as well.)
